Judge restricts information for Parker

A Saline County District Court order that would have allowed the man accused of raping an elderly woman at Salina Regional Health Center access to documents containing her address was modified Wednesday.
Judge Rene Young entered a protective order stating that the alleged victim’s address and phone number off a police report should not be disclosed to the accused, Paul Henry Parker Jr., 46. Full information will be provided to Parker’s attorney, Mark Dinkel, Young ruled.
Copies of the woman’s medical records that are relevant to the case are being provided only to Dinkel.
