Salina Journal reporters Tim Unruh and Gary Demuth will be profiled by veteran television newscaster Larry Hatteberg in a report scheduled to be broadcast during the 10 p.m. news Sunday on KAKE-TV in Wichita (Channel 10 in Salina).
Each week, Unruh and Demuth do a mock newscast based on the feature “A Look Back,” which appears each Monday on the back of the Neighbors section of the Journal. The feature chronicles news events published by the Salina Journal 25, 50, 75 and 100 years ago.
A new “Yesternews” feature is available for viewing each Friday on the Salina Journal Web site, www.salina.com.
