Correction School Board

Because of a Journal error, a headline for a story in Wednesday's edition gave incorrect information about action taken at Tuesday's Salina School Board meeting. The board voted for a resolution to ask the Kansas Supreme Court to reopen the Montoy school funding lawsuit. The suit was brought by Schools for Fair Funding. Other districts have passed resolutions backing a new lawsuit. Schools for Fair Funding has yet to decide on a course of action.
