IHOP cans program ends Monday

IHOP's Cake for Cans program, which benefits the Salina Emergency Aid-Food Bank and other Kansas food banks, ends Monday.

During the campaign, any party that makes a canned food donation will receive a free short stack of Buttermilk Pancakes at a participating IHOP restaurant.

Salina IHOP restaurants at 535 W. Diamond and 2273 S. Ninth are participating in the campaign, as is the IHOP restaurant in Hays. IHOP restaurants expect to collect more than a million pounds of food during the holiday season through the promotion.
