Explorer post to be offered
Rolling Hills Wildlife Adventure is partnering with the Coronado Area Council to offer an Explorer Post, a program for career education.
The program is open to people ages 14 to 20 who are interested in the career opportunities available in zoos. People who participate will obtain certification in a variety of career fields through hands-on, project-based, student-directed learning experiences.
Students will meet twice monthly at Rolling Hills Wildlife Adventure. There will be some weekend and daytime projects.
An informational meeting is planned for 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Coronado Area Council office, 644 S. Ohio.
