Southeast of Saline students in job search competition
CONGRATULATIONS TO THE FOLLOWING STUDENTS from Southeast of Saline WHO PLACED 1st, 2nd or 3rd for in the JOB SEARCH Competition yesterday at the Salina Bi-Centennial Center. 11 out of 19 students received a high placement. Students who entered the contest were either enrolled in Living On My Own or Leadership 101 from the FACS Dept. These were all 1st time participants in this event. Students were judged on Cover Letter, Resume, Job Application, Appearance and Interview Skills by adults from the Salina Chamber of Commerce and the Smoky HillEducation Service Center There were 2 age divisions; 11-12 grade and 9-10 grades 1st place winners: Marci Forristal, 9th grade Chelsey Kohman, 9th grade Andrea Smedberg, 11th grade Chelsie Green, 12th grade Sarah Anderes, 12th grade Sean Martinez, 11th grade 2nd place winners: Krisanna Graham, 10th grade Jennifer Kirkhart, 11th grade John Henry, 12th grade 3rd place winners: Klara Hemmy, 9th grade Kurtis Moyer, 12th grade
