Print this story St. Mary’s School Grade School is entering a partnership with Whispering Cottonwood Farms in establishing a community garden at St. Mary’s School. The project will teach students how to plant and maintain gardens. Excess produce will also help with food being donated to the community. The Feast of St. Isadore was celebrated on May 15th. St. Isadore is the Patron Saint of Farmers. Faculty and students gathered in the new garden for a prayer service to dedicate the garden. Fr. Kerry Ninemire blessed the soil so that what is planted will grow in abundance. |
