District Court

CIVIL JUDGMENTS -- Court orders forfeiture of a 1991 Chevrolet Corsica belonging to Carlos Aguilar to the I-135/I-70 Drug Task Force.

CIVIL FILINGS -- Stuart M. Schieck seeks more than $75,000 from Christie M. Prater for physical injuries and financial losses he suffered when a Harley Davidson motorcycle Schieck was driving and a car Prater was driving collided on North Ohio Street on Jan. 4. Prater denies fault and denies the cause and extent of Schieck's injuries.

nDiscover Bank seeks payment of more than $7,800 from Kevin M. Roberts for credit card debt.

nFIA Card Services seeks payment of more than $6,800 from Kerry M. Koland for credit card debt.

nTalon Air Inc. seeks more than $75,000 from CAV Aerospace for lost revenue and cost of repairs. Talon alleges that a 2007 Cessna aircraft the company operated was damaged May 3, when an employee of CAV, which maintained the aircraft, negligently hit it with a tug. The aircraft was out of service until June 18. CAV denies the allegations and claims a waiver bars Talon from seeking damages.

nWells Fargo seeks a mortgage foreclosure against Mike R. Beus and Cheri A. Beus for property at 633 E. Magnolia for a sum in excess of $133,400.

nCourt dismisses a claim, at the request of Dr. Randy D. Hassler, for more than $75,000 from High Class Homes for injuries Hassler suffered while jogging in front of a home the contractor was building. In the order for dismissal, it was noted that the parties had entered into a settlement to compensate Hassler for injuries to his head, left wrist and hand caused when he fell over several pieces of rebar left on the sidewalk in the 1900 block of Starlight Drive on the night of July 23, 2006.

Salina Municipal Court

DUI CONVICTIONS -- Inez N. Carlos, 19, 1334 E. North, six months in jail, probation granted for one year after serving 48 hours, $500 fine, $50 court costs, $150 alcohol evaluation fee.

nSherry L. Bennett, 47, 1120 Dover, six months in jail, probation granted for one year after completing Salina Weekend Intervention Program, $500 fine, $50 court costs, $150 alcohol evaluation fee.

nClaude D. Isaacson, 53, Lindsborg, second offense, one year in jail, probation granted for two years after serving five days, $1,000 fine, $50 court costs, $150 alcohol evaluation fee.

DUI DIVERSIONS -- The following people were granted diversion from prosecution for driving under the influence. Unless otherwise stated, each was ordered to perform 20 hours of community service and to pay the following: $500 fine, $50 court costs, $150 alcohol evaluation fee.

nJennifer R. Montena, 34, 700 E. Republic, $175 diversion fee.

nMeghan C. Will, 21, 514 E. Kirwin, $175 diversion fee.

nTorie J. Gallagher, 19, 449 Queens, $70 court costs, $200 fine for minor in possession.

nKimberly A. Lorenson, 47, 1601 E. Beloit.

nKyle E. Wait, 24, 1910 Haskett.

nJohn M. Patterson Jr., 36, Lincoln, Neb., Salina Weekend Intervention Program.
