She was a systems operator for Heartland Rural Electric in Girard. Sherri was raised in Fredonia and graduated from Salina High School in 1990. She moved to Arma in 1999. She was a member of the Regulators at Arma.
Survivors include two daughters, Stephanie "Skeeter" Collier, of Arma, and Earon L. Babcock, of Chanute; one son, Robert M. Triebel, of Arma; her father, Mike Callahan, of Salina; her mother, Linda Currier, of Mulberry; five sisters, Kris Haynes, of Parsons, Debora VanFossen, of Neodesha, Tricia O'Neil, of California, and LaTricia Callahan and Kim Vargas, both of Salina; two brothers, Phillip Callahan, of Salina, and Eric Callahan, of Kansas City, Kan.; and her maternal grandmother, June Anderson, of Sharpsburg, Iowa.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Jeff Glass.
According to her wishes, Sherri has been cremated.
The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 22, at Bedene Funeral Home Chapel, 517 E. Washington, P.O. Box 621, Arma 66712, followed by the memorial service at 2 p.m., with the Rev. Dave Chesier officiating.
The family suggests memorial contributions to Sherri Collier Scholarship fund at Northeast High School, Arma, in care of the funeral home.
