Three people were hurt, one of whom remained hospitalized Sunday, after an early Sunday crash in which the vehicle they were in lost control and smashed into the Salina Regional Health Center parking garage.

Salina Police reported the wreck happened about 2:50 a.m. in the 400 block of South Fifth Street. A Jeep Liberty driven by Anthony Eugene Mack II, 22, 730 Fairdale No. 8, was traveling north when Mack lost control, and the vehicle ran up a grass-covered enbankment and struck the fence bordering the parking area on the first floor.

Mack and a passenger, Thomas J. Adams Jr., 24, 241 S. Fourth No. 3, were treated at the hospital emergency room. A second passenger, John R. Mills, 29, also of 241 S. Fourth No. 3, was admitted and was in good condition Sunday, a nursing supervisor said.
