By virtue of an Order of Sale issued out of the District Court of the Twenty Eighth Judicial District, sitting in and for Saline County, Kansas, in the above entitled action, I will on the 11th day of December, 2009, at 10:00 o'clock a.m. at the front steps of the Saline County Courthouse, 300 W. Ash Street, Salina, Kansas 66101 offer for sale at public auction and sell to the highest bidder, for cash in hand, all the right, title and interest of the Defendants above named, in and to the following described real property situated in the County of Saline, State of Kansas, to-wit: That part of the Northwest Quarter (NW1/4) of Section Twenty-five (25), Township Thirteen (13) South, Range Two (2) West of the 6th P.M., in Saline County, Kansas, which is more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of the Northwest Quarter (NW1/4); thence South on the West line thereof One Hundred Thirty (130) feet; thence East Parallel with the North line Two Hundred Eight (208) feet; thence North Parallel with the West line One Hundred Thirty (130) feet to the North line; thence West on the North line to the place of beginning, which property is levied on as the property of the Defendants above named and will be sold without appraisement to satisfy said Order of Sale.

CREDITORS

THE STATE OF KANSAS TO ALL PERSONS CONCERNED:
You are hereby notified that on the 17th day of November, 2009, a petition was filed in this Court by Kathyrne Lee Bradshaw, the executor named in the Last Will and Testament of Norma Jean Nordboe, deceased, dated December 14, 2005, praying that the will filed with the petition be admitted to probate and record and that Kathyrne Lee Bradshaw be appointed as executor, to serve without bond; and, that Letters Testamentary be granted under the Kansas Simplified Estates Act.
You are further advised that the petitioner in this matter has requested administration pursuant to the Kansas Simplified Estates Act; and, if such request is granted the court may not supervise administration of the estate; and, no further notice of any action of the executor or other proceedings in the administration will be given except for the notice of final settlement of the decedent's estate. Should written objections to simplified administration be filed with the court, the court may order supervised administration to ensue.
You are required to file your written defenses thereto on or before the 14th day of December, 2009, at 9:00 o'clock a.m. in the District Court of Saline County, Kansas, at which time and place said cause will be heard.
